Delivery Timelines

• Within India: Orders are usually delivered in 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Orders are usually delivered in 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance in your country.
• Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays, strikes, heavy rains, or courier delays.

Order Dispatch

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.

Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery for orders above the minimum value mentioned at checkout.
• For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee will be added.
• International delivery charges are based on country and weight.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

• If the customer is not available during delivery, re-delivery will be attempted.
• If repeated delivery fails, the order may be returned and extra charges may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Delivery

• If your parcel looks damaged, tampered, or wrong, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
• We will replace the item or arrange a refund as per our Refund Policy.
