A: Spices are hand-picked, sorted, cleaned, and roasted in small batches to bring out their natural aroma. They are then ground and packed in hygienic Aroma-Lock pouches to keep freshness sealed.
A: Yes. All Royal Masale products are 100% vegetarian and certified by FSSAI. Even regional masalas like Fish Masala are vegetarian spice blends (they do not contain fish).

A: Every pouch goes through a multi-step quality check – sourcing, cleaning, roasting, grinding, and packaging. Our masalas are sealed in PET+MET PET+NLD laminated zipper pouches, which lock in aroma and keep them safe from moisture and contamination.
3. Usage & Storage
A: Keep them in an airtight container or reseal the zipper pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
A: Most products last 12–18 months from the date of packaging. Always check the "Best Before" date on the pack.
A: Yes. Our masalas are versatile – they add flavor to vegetarian curries, dals, snacks, as well as non-vegetarian dishes like chicken, mutton, and fish.

Ordering & Delivery
A: Yes. We deliver to every city and town in India through our trusted logistics partners.
A: Yes . We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, and more international locations. Delivery takes 7–14 business days.
A: Usually 3–5 business days, depending on your city.
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on royalmasale.com to check your order status.
A: Delivery is free on orders above a certain amount (mentioned at checkout). For smaller orders, standard courier charges apply.
Returns, Refunds & Support

A: Yes. If unopened and in original condition, products can be returned within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
