Return Policy

Return Policy – Royal Masale™

At Royal Masale™, we care about our customers. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something goes wrong, we will help you with an easy return, replacement, or refund process.

When You Can Return a Product

You may return your order if:

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • The package is broken, tampered, or leaking when delivered

When We Cannot Accept Returns

Please note, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The packet is opened, used, or partly consumed
  • The product is returned without original packaging or labels
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The issue is only about taste preference (since spices may taste different in different dishes)

How to Request a Return

2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and issue.

3. Our team will verify and approve your return request.

4. We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send it back.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and check the returned product.
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made through bank transfer or UPI.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or wrong delivery.

Replacement Policy

  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
  • Replacements are shipped within 2–3 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Always check the product at the time of delivery. If the package looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
  • Returns must be made in the same packaging with all labels intact.
  • Refunds or replacements are given only after proper verification.
